The Change Lead will work with the Program Director to ensure the appropriate change solution and standardised support is in place for a rolling plan of SalesForce implementations across many parts of our organisation.
Existing programs of work will be aligned to create a team of change resources will report to this role and be deployed as required.
Experience
- Previous experience as a people manager, plus change expertise in SalesForce implementations in an agile environmental is essential.
- Significant experience in the delivery of IT programs and large business transformation programs
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Ability to lead, coach, engage and motivate staff through transformational change
- Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
- Experience in risk and issue management
- Strong cross functional and stakeholder management skills
