Our client is a well-recognised leader within their industry, they pride themselves on having the latest technology internally and their very strong strategic customer focus. Due to the rollout of a range of new technology applications/products which includes Salesforce we require a Senior Change Lead to join the team.
As the program has an enterprise "rollout flavour" and "strong process change" you will be engaging/working with a broad range of stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
- Stakeholder Analysis
- Defining Change Strategy for program
- Change impact assessment
- Generating communications plans
- Business Readiness assessments
- Contribution to training materials developed by the Training Team
- Facilitating Change workshops
The successful candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce and new system implementation programs, have experience working as an independent resource covering change and communications and have worked in large enterprise.
