About the role

Our client requires the services of an experienced Change Lead possessing strengths in the production and utilisation of visual communication tools and materials, that will aid the explanation and adoption of broad change impacts arising from Cyber and Information Security uplift program of work.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the detailed change plan / schedule as an integrated part of the project plan.
  • Develop and utilise visually impressive communication materials and techniques to explain the impacts and assist transition and adoption of cyber technology and security policy changes
  • Collaborate with GM Sponsors and other business stakeholders to effectively identify, prioritise and manage change impacts and to ensure the right engagement is occurring to support readiness objectives.
  • Deliver all elements of the stakeholder analysis, change and training needs analysis and planning, communications.
  • Assess and determine business and implementation readiness at various stages of the project lifecycle.

Skills and experience

  • High level visual presentation and communication skills, with strengths in producing visually impressive and communication materials.
  • Extensive experience building relationships, influencing, coaching and facilitating constructive conversations that challenge the status quo, and promote adoption of new behaviours, mindsets and practices
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline, or practitioner certification in a recognised change management framework with 5 or more years experience leading organisational changes in large complex organisations
  • Experience managing organisational changes delivered using Agile approach
