We are looking to hire an experienced Change Coordinator for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames.

Key Accountability's for the role will be:

  • Support the Senior Change Manager with the day-to-day running of the Change Management programs
  • Work with multiple internal teams to coordinate communications content
  • Responsible for Drafting Change communications materials
  • Maintain SharePoint, ensuring that the communications and documentation is kept up-to-date
  • Coordinate logistics for stakeholder briefings, including booking meeting rooms, arranging technical set-up support and arranging refreshments
  • Work with the Change Analyst ICT in the day-to-day management of the Technology Champion Network including supporting logistics for testing
  • Maintain stakeholder data, team schedules / registers and conduct data analysis
  • Support management of ICT email inboxes, coordinate responses to ensure stakeholder queries are responded to

Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a program / change management office for a large enterprise
  • Highly developed communication skills, including ability to develop engaging presentation material
  • Experience in establishing the processes, practices and standards for a PMO/CMO
  • Managed SharePoint, TRIM or any other document management system
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Jira
  • Experience to Agile ways of working
  • Experience with Document Management, Risk and Issue Management
