Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Change Coordinator to join their EDRMS project team working the in the CIO Branch. The successful applicant will be reporting to the Project Manager.
This is a long-term contract role for 12 months with extension options, located at our Client's Canberra City location.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience with:
- The development, delivery and implementation of change and communications plans.
- Undertaking change impact analysis
- Managing stakeholder expectations
- Flow charting/process mapping
- Change readiness assessments
- Tracking/testing and analysing change project successes
- Implementing Change Management Models in the APS. The Prosci ADKAR Model (what will drive individual change, would be of great advantage)
- Major ICT projects (EDRMS in particular would be of great advantage)
- The development, delivery and implementation of change and communications plans.
- Advanced Communication skills:
- Mitigate employee resistance
- Boost motivation, morale, and productivity
- Enhance collaboration at every level, boosting project uptake
- Get higher quality feedback from participants and stakeholders
- Ability to influence others
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizens who currently possess Federal Government Security Clearances.
