Our client, one of the leaders in Retail is looking for Change Advisor who comes from P&C/HR background and experience with HRIS/ERP SuccessFactors or similar.
You will be responsible to support the change management and communications of P&C Digital Strategy and Roadmap and Act as P&C change lead on prioritised digital/ system initiatives, partnering closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful initiative delivery of change and communications. This includes change impact assessments, change and communications plans.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in change management and communications in a large and complex organisation
- Experience in project change and comms in relation to the implementation of new P&C systems, digital solutions and processes
- Experience with HRIS/ERP/ SuccessFactors or similar.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and influence stakeholders / service owners to change their ways of working
- Experience working within a project environment, within large scale programmes
- Analytical problem solving able to identify problems; apply structured methodology to identify root cause using data
- Broad business knowledge, including working in or partnering with a P&C function, and very strong commercial orientation.
