Large financial client based in the Sydney CBD are looking for a Senior Change Communications Manager to support the development and execution of change plans across Financial Risk Portfolio

Skills and experience

· Excellent communication skills gained within a large, complex organisation

· Ability to translate complex technical messages into plain English

· Ability to craft new work or edit and adapt other communications material

· Strong ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholder relationships at varying levels of the organisation including the broader group

· Ability to manage multiple client requests through solid planning and effective time management

· Exceptional attention to detail and keen eye for accuracy

· Innovative and creative

· Project and event management skills that achieve outcomes in the current remote working environment

· Strong client service orientation

· Ability to work in a flexible and collaborative team environment
