This role is responsible for managing change and communications and related processes for the FY22 readiness program and subsequent post implementation reviews. Ensuring key changes are identified, understood, aligned with other key functions, and effectively communicated
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in change program management of transformation within large complex corporates
- Strong experience in Change Impact Assessments and managing Communications Plans
- Experience in large & complex environments highly desirable
- Sales & Channels, Marketing & B2B experience would be highly desirable
- Experience developing overall change and communications plan, timelines, and schedules
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple change and communications initiatives
- Desirable experience working with stakeholders in a sales function
- Someone who can take charge and comfortable with ambiguity
