This role requires a Change Architect to manage the introduction, rollout and embedding of Digitalisation changes and new ways of working

Your new role:

  • Work closely with the Change specialists, Product Managers, Marketers and other SMEs
  • Understanding project change requirements, develop and manage a supporting change plan
  • Working with HR to assess organisational impacts and refining job profiles, structures and KPIs as required
  • Establishing an integrated change calendar, and creating structured communications and education artefacts to support change requirements
  • Designing and leading stakeholder engagement within project
  • Identifying change resource requirements and drawing on the central change team and resource pool

Your background, skills and experience:

  • Formal qualification in change management
  • Experience managing change in large scale and complex programs (multi year, multi project, multi stakeholder)
  • Experience managing change in the context of technology transformations working in an Agile methodology
  • Experience in organisational change
