As Change Analyst you will lead the design and delivery of change services across a SAP transformation project. You will be work closely with a team of Business Analysts to ensure maximum understanding of the change impacts to people, processes and technology in order to develop treatments to minimise impacts. you will alsa determine training needs and making recommendations to support business deadlines
Responsibilities
- Understand impacts quickly in an agile work environment
- Working with stakeholders to understand requirements
- Develop planning and form mitigation strategies
- Deliver communications, engagement and training
- Conduct a training needs analysis and design and implement
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Document change readiness and mitigate risks
- Post-implementation review and monitoring
Experience
- Experience in Change Analyst or Change Advisor or Business Change Analyst roles
- Experiences in the delivery of IT programs and large business transformation programs
- Prefer SAP or similar consolidation program experience
- Training needs and analysis skills
- Experience of change management principles and methodologies
- Ability to engage and motivate staff through transformational change
- Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
- Experience in risk and issue management
- Strong cross functional and stakeholder management skills
