As Change Analyst you will lead the design and delivery of change services across a variety of transformation projects. You will be driving adoption, utilisation, proficiency and a high-performance culture. You will embed successful business change to ensure users are ready, willing and able to adopt and use system and processes.
Responsibilities
- Understand impacts quickly in an agile work environment
- Working with stakeholders to understand requirements
- Develop planning and form mitigation strategies
- Deliver communications, engagement and training
- Conduct a training needs analysis and design and implement
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Document change readiness and mitigate risks
- Post-implementation review and monitoring
Experience
- Experience in Change Analyst or Change Advisor or Business Change Analyst roles
- Experiences in the delivery of IT programs and large business transformation programs
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Ability to engage and motivate staff through transformational change
- Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
- Experience in risk and issue management
- Strong cross functional and stakeholder management skills
