Our client is looking to hire a Change Analyst to support the execution of Organisational Change Management (OCM) plans to ensure that the changes being delivered to a diverse range of impacted stakeholders are well received and the new ways of working are embedded.

The responsibilities of the Change Analyst will be

  • Developing change analysis - including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment and gap analysis
  • Supporting OCM planning activities - including communication, engagement, change transition, business readiness and post-implementation review plans
  • Supporting OCM plan implementation, in line with the Program's OCM methodology

Skills Required

  • Experience in the role of change analyst, with experience across process/technology-driven change as well as cultural change
  • Experience using recognised OCM methodologies and templates
  • Experience working across multiple OCM programs concurrently
  • Experience in conducting change impact and stakeholder assessment sessions with business representatives, in order to articulate benefits and impacts of change
  • Experience developing communication collateral including power point presentations, info-graphics, posters and quick reference guides
  • Expeirence working in a large transformation with filed service staff will be highly regarded
