The role will assist with the following work packages:
- Managing the day to day publishing of communications and change material to support each group through their implementation
- Coordinating timely delivery of SharePoint content / site development by the working with the Transformation Project Managers for each Group to ensure items to be published, are identified and ready in required timelines.
- Liaising with the Transformation Project Managers to ensure all required material is published on the SharePoint Deployment Website.
- Managing Latest News on SharePoint Deployment website and ensuring it is appropriate for each group.
- Writing simple specifications for the development of SharePoint tools and working with a developer to monitor progress and test the solution
- Prioritisation of SharePoint development and publishing tasks with SharePoint developers
- Testing SharePoint site to ensure documents and tools are working as required, prior to release to schools
- Resolving SharePoint issues with navigating around the site or accessing views of documents and reports on the site.
- Opening up surveys at the correct time and monitoring feedback - escalation where necessary
- Analysis and creating of management reporting on Survey Data and readiness data
- Analysis of support data for creation of management reports
- Analysis of finance and data to assess progress and identify issues
- Production and revision of communication content for implementation teams and or directors
- Production of change material
- Stakeholder impact analysis
- Other duties as required
1. Relevant Experience and Qualifications
The Communications and Change Analyst applicant must be able to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of SharePoint essential
- At least 3 years' experience delivering communications and change in a large and complex environment
- Understanding of Change management techniques and practices
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with business stakeholders and understand business requirements in order to brief the SharePoint technical team
- Demonstrated ability to manage work packages or small projects independently
- Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills and documentation skills
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with a range of internal and external project stakeholders
- High level problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to understand school requirements
- Ability to apply quality assurance to deliver to a high standard
- Significant understanding of at least one of the core change management techniques including but not limited to development and deployment and communications, change impact assessments, change/business readiness assessment and planning, and stakeholder analysis and management..
- Proficient Microsoft excel skills (charting, filtering data, statistics etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP and data migration desirable
