Our client a leader in its field is looking for a Change Analyst to join a large transformation project.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Change Manager to develop and facilitate engagement and approval of the change strategy/approach
- Develop and deliver change impact assessments to determine the risks, issues and impacts of business changes
- Support stakeholder mapping and analysis to identify and communicate with those impacted by system and process changes
- Monitor all change efforts and support business readiness activities
- Share insights from all change, learning and communication
- Arrange, prepare and support meetings / workshops, record actions and assist with coordination and follow up
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in dedicated Change Analyst roles, with solid experience on transformation or process/technology-driven people change projects
- Experience with large-scale organizational change/transformation projects
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Demonstrated experience and capacity to plan for change using methodologies and templates
- Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, and ability to establish relationships and communicate at all levels
