Our client a leader in its field is looking for a Change Analyst to join a large transformation project.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Change Manager to develop and facilitate engagement and approval of the change strategy/approach
  • Develop and deliver change impact assessments to determine the risks, issues and impacts of business changes
  • Support stakeholder mapping and analysis to identify and communicate with those impacted by system and process changes
  • Monitor all change efforts and support business readiness activities
  • Share insights from all change, learning and communication
  • Arrange, prepare and support meetings / workshops, record actions and assist with coordination and follow up

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in dedicated Change Analyst roles, with solid experience on transformation or process/technology-driven people change projects
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change/transformation projects
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Demonstrated experience and capacity to plan for change using methodologies and templates
  • Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, and ability to establish relationships and communicate at all levels
