Our government client is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support the change management approach and activities on a end to end business process improvement initiative.
This role will see you responsible for:
- Conducting analysis to identify changes impacting on people, processes and technology. Identify potential risks to business and to the program/project.
- Collaborate/consult with project team members, business stakeholders, vendors and solution users to identify and document business impacts and risks.
- Convene and conduct information gathering sessions and stakeholder briefings as required.
- Undertake various structured analysis tasks across programs/projects,
- Synthesise analyses and produce assessments in readily consumable formats.
- Undertake problem solving and assist in developing interventions to address the priority business impacts and risks.
Evaluation Criteria
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leading complex ICT-enabled organisational change utilising recognised methodologies.
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to interpret and distil complex data, prepare written reports and user profiles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the capability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organisational skills working in a demanding environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results within tight timeframes.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic projects relating to people change with systems and processes and deliver quality outcomes within tight timeframes and deadlines.
