C++ Developer
C++ Developer required for an initial 6-month contract with the view to extend.
Role
Develop, maintain and provide production support for a pricing application using VB.NET Client, C++ server on UNIX and an Oracle Database.
Requirements
- Familiar with C++, VB.NET, PL/SQL
- Scripting languages (Perl, Korn shell)
- 3+ years commercial experience involving production support, analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation
- Experience with formal development methodologies.
- Production of technical documentation including technical specifications, operating instructions, test plans etc.
- Present recommendations of solutions to clients and team members.
- UNIX and an Oracle Database.
