About the role
The Quality and Business Analyst will work across technology projects and will also play a role in helping mature some of quality assurance approaches and tools.
Responsibilities
- Building on previous work to share knowledge about what testing/quality assurance is
- Enhancing of test cases and test scripts (including SQL scripts to test specific sets of test data and integrations);
- Understanding and documenting requirements for small projects and using these to inform and appropriate testing/quality assurance activities within the project
- Contributing to quality assurance activities for a project
Skills and experience
- Practical knowledge of IT service management best practice ITIL
- Expereince working in IT projects
- Experience with SQL scripts and Scripted Testing
- Excellent level interpersonal, communication (oral, written, listening and presentation), teamwork and customer service skills
- Demonstrated skills and experience with automated testing tools and practices.
