Our client, one of Australia's Iconic Enterprise is seeking for a Business System Analyst to join their team for an initial 3 months.
We are looking for Tech BA or Business System Analyst with SAP and Data Background
Skills and Experience
- High level of data analytics, reporting and excel skills
- High level of people skills
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Work within tight timeframes
- Report on and escalate issues
- Identify data/process gaps and provide recommendations/solutions
- Project management skills to track/monitor progress
- SAP knowledge/experience required - (not essential)
Work required
- Review data from two key data sources (APSM, SAP)
- Prepare data to go out facility managers to review and validate data
- Include: services, validate and add new contractors and highlight anyone that needs to be removed
- Capture additional information
- Include: scanner login, security clearance number
- Follow up with Facility manager
