Rate: $500-590+ super /day = $646.05/day all inc
Requirements:
- Previous experience undertaking qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends and best practice in order to assist with determining priorities for business process improvement.
- Experience in reviewing and analysing business processes, procedures, and work instructions for business functions, including systems and applications, to identify process gaps and to enable development of improvement strategies.
- Experience in supporting business owners with strategic alignment between organizational and business unit strategies, policies, processes and procedures.
- Undertake systems and manual process analysis, process design and modelling.
- Demonstrated high-level capability to use enterprise level process modelling platforms e.g. ARIS to capture policies, processes, procedures etc.
- Demonstrated high level computing skills including MS Office software suite, and knowledge and contextualized understanding of corporate systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of the relationship between Strategy & Operational Process enablement
- Experience in applying policies, procedures and practices.
About the position and responsibilities:
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for consulting with business stakeholders to document and identify process gaps, to enable the development of improvement strategies to support business owners' strategic goals.
- Undertake systems and manual process analysis, process design and modelling.
- Analyze and review business processes, procedures, and work instructions for business functions, including systems and applications, to identify process gaps and to enable development of improvement strategies.
- Undertake qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends and best practice in order to assist with determining priorities for business process improvement.
- Support business owners with strategic alignment between organizational and business unit strategies, policies, processes and procedures.
- Develop supporting material and provide input on training for operational processes.
- Develop relationships with subject matter experts within the business to understand end-to-end processes and ensure effective solutions.
- Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders and technical staff to determine and resolve issues.
- Provide accurate advice about technical issues and solutions to assist with specifying business requirements for new or existing solutions.
- Create awareness and understanding of written directions framework and foster a culture of continuous process improvement in business as usual activities to ensure a consistent approach to process improvement.
- Place the customer at the center of all decision making.
- Work with the Line Manager to develop and review meaningful performance management and development plans.
- Understanding relationships between components of processes and the impact of changes.
