Our client is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst. You will be responsible for defining and documenting high quality business processes for the business. You will work with a variety of business stakeholders - managerial and operational - to define 'as-in' business processes, document these to a detailed standard and create an operational model of the business. You will review and revise the business processes, identifying improvements and enhancements with the stakeholders which will result in a set of 'to be' business processes. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in analysis of new initiatives, capturing requirements and User Stories in support of Agile team.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Business Process Analyst
  • Excellent written & verbal communication abilities
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
  • A logical and organised approach to work
  • Motivated and able to engage with a variety of business stakeholders
  • Previous experience in an infrastructure build/deployment position would be advantageous
  • Experience in the Agile method of working (e.g. participating in scrum teams, working in sprints) is preferred
