Job Description


Seeking multiple Customer Support / Process Improvement Officers to work with a large Australian enterprise.

  • 6 month contract
  • Multiple positions available
  • Business Order Analyst/Audit Analyst
  • Location - Melbourne


Some of the key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Proactive BTD Desktop Audit activities based on our clients Business Information Capture (BIC), such as
    • Proactive BTD activities (screening/ assessment of order & location information based on business rules)
    • Coordinate Design and Assign (Fallout from order fulfilment)
  • Identifying opportunities to complete logical Activations
  • Monitor and identify proactive issues which could result in an Order moving to Held
  • Monitor Orders being released from Held to ensure successful completion at the next attempt
  • Manage repeat truck rolls due to Customer delays
  • Manage service continuity and Activation warranty issues to ensure end customers have a good working service
  • Provide input into governance framework and discussions
  • SME input into the documentation of processes and Work instructions for the team
  • Identification of process improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma methods

  • Knowledge & Experience e.g. qualifications or indicative years of experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in a customer service or equivalent customer facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent customer service and objection handling skills
  • Proven ability to influence and engage with customers and get buy in for and common customer related issues
  • Prior experience using Lean Six Sigma process improvement strategies
  • Strong general business and commercial acumen



Practical/Specialist/Technical Skills:
e.g. Keyboard, Software Distribution, etc.:

  • Experience using Microsoft products such as Outlook and Word
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Excel
