Peoplebank are URGENTLY recruiting for a Business Intelligence / Data Analyst o work in Adelaide on an initial 3 month contract (etensions highly likely)
Working on a large, complex program of work you will:
- Design, develop, and implement data visualisations and reports and user-friendly dashboards in Power BI
- Develop and provide timely, accurate and insightful operational reporting/analysis to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Perform data reconciliation/verification of reporting

Previous Experience
- Demonstrable experience of producing visualisations, reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation software
- Database querying in SQL or other database product
Technical skills and knowledge required:
- Robust data visualisation, reporting and dashboard development skills
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience working with large and complex data
- Ability to design and structure complex queries, and the ability to reconcile and verify work, with numerical and verbal reasoning
- Strong computer skills - experience with MS Office Suite (Excel & Access) and using ODBC to connect to data sources
Desirable:
- Tertiary degree qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in using Geographical Information Systems (GIS) software, particularly ESRI ArcGIS, is an advantage
