Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Architect to join its Technology Innovation and Strategy group. The team is responsible for implementing and referencing busienss architecture for emerging technologies and digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- You will be at the heart of new technologies and a major transformation program
- Work closely with the Chief Business Architect to support organisational change at the strategic level
- Defining the business architecture required to ensure product success
- Provide input and recommendations to development effective strategic, tactical or operational plans and programs
- Assist with the business analysis and recommendations (building the business roadmap) for the capital planning process with the understanding of business priorities, project costings and benefit analysis models
- Assist by providing input into the recommendation of major investment decisions that will determine how the company will manage its digital transformation.
Requirements:
- Experience on digital and business led transformation programs of work;
- Demonstrated and extensive experience in business analysis and research, within a technology organisation (highly desirable);
- Deep experience with industry standard business frameworks such as eTOM, TAM and SID;
- Understanding of enterprise architecture modelling applications (Sparx) and Archimate 3.0;
- Experience with agile development methodologies;
- "Power User" PC skills with strong ability to "figure things out" when required;
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical team and business users;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Experience operating in large, complex project structures and/or matrix organisations;
- Experience in ITIL Service Management, APQC and eTOM processes
