We are working with one of Australia's leading organisations to source an experienced Business Data Manager for their team in the CBD.
In this role, you will work with Senior Stakeholders to ensure compliance with data management policies including CPG235. You will be an advocate for data management awareness, practices and processes across the Bank. You will also drive data quality through implementing key metrics, monitoring and reporting and working with Senior Leaders to ensure adoption and compliance by their teams.
This is a role that will require you to use your influence and stakeholder management skills rather than any hands-on technical skills. You will be more of a coach and persuader than a modeller and coder.
We are looking for candidates who may have come from a Business Analysis, Change Management, Compliance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or Retail Banking background with a Customer Focus. This role will see you draw on a variety of skills and experiences as you build relationships across the bank and establish clear communication channels.
You should also have a working knowledge of CPG235 and of the Data Lifecycle in a financial services business.
