Senior Business Analyst required to gather and analyse data from various sources to support a Data Migration on a Separation Program
Core responsibilities:
- Assess and document the Business Interactions in accordance with the migration schedule
- Validate facts such as volume, cost, frequency
- Identify and address any areas where the approach may deviate from 'as is' principle
- Ensure that the Business data requirements are complete and sufficient and review them
- Raise issues and risks as identified
- Assist in the identification and planning of continuous improvement in the Business data requirements approach
- Ensure compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position
- Ensure all personal training records are maintained and kept up to date
Skills Required:
It is expected that you will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Strong Business Analysis in Wealth/Financial domain
- Data migration skills from business perspective
- Sound communications skills
- Sound (technical) writing skills
- Practical experience in services and governance
- Tertiary education
