Job Description:
- Communicate value add insights and driver-based analysis to support Pillar Product Leads
- Analyse and interpret key metrics like MTTR, SLA, R2T, CX/CSAT, VOC Lead and Lag measures performance information to enable and influence key business decisions.
- Articulates and translates complex reporting data and trends into effective insights and analysis to drive business performance improvement
- Provide critical information that enables informed decision making on operational, business, customer and commercial issues/risks and KPI performance.
- Communicates and reviews performance data regularly for distribution to Executive and national teams. There is also the requirement to support ad-hoc reporting as needed, such as key project reporting, executive committee and continuous improvement committee presentation packs.
