A large IT company is in need of a Business Analyst with experience in ServiceNow and Lean Six Sigma. Must have a telco industry background.

The Successful candidate will work with business representatives to help identify and develop the highest value business requirements, understand the processes employed by the business with particular focus on the processes. Hence, the BA takes accountability for the effectiveness and quality of business requirements gathering, management and verification work within a program and documentation.
- MUST have telecommunication experience for the last 3-5 years
- MUST have ServiceNow experience
- A strong Business Analyst with Green Belt Lean Six Sigma
- Strong business analysis experience - developing requirements that impact multiple systems and functional areas
- Well developed understanding of general business processes and systems
- Practical knowledge of process analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
