This role will see you working on a Superannuation funds merger of two highly successful Super organisations. As a Business Analyst you would join the team to re-define product direction, implement and enterprise wide technology strategy and to work within the Advice Business. You will primarily focus on merging the finance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, analyse and interpret complex existing business data
- Work with migration teams to understand requirements for finance applications
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with external partners to drive optimal outcomes
- Work in multi skilled project team extracting user and customer requirements to push through into development/testing
Key requirements:
- Proven experience as a BA within Financial Services/Banking
- Superannuation domain knowledge desirable
- Data & system migration experience. Ideally have worked on a merger
- Process Mapping expertise
- Strong BA skills such as requirements gathering and documentation etc
