Responsibilities
- Document Business Processes and Requirements
- Provide monthly salesforce trainings , go live training for new functionallity, onboarding, training for new staff and refreshers
- Work On Data activties to improve data quality
- Work on Salesforce BAU tasks to keep the platform updated and maintained consistently
- First line of support for any Salesforce improvements and issues
- Contribute to Salesforce project planning, budget and governance to deliver activities
Skills and experience
- Worked in Salesforce , CRM and Systems
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Management skills with Businesses and Stakeholders
- Positive Attitude
