Large Wealth Management Company is looking for a Project Coordinator with a background in Property relocation and People centric projects, Project and Change Management processes for their Property Stream
Role Accountabilities:
- Provide support to the Stream Lead for project management outputs and activity scheduling and for the Change team
- Develop data sets, provide data analysis outputs and manage databases
- Work with project and business stakeholders to identify, define, validate and prioritise business requirements
- Assist with the development of project scopes of works and requirements
- Coordinate business stakeholder, vendor and third party activities to meet the project deliverables
- Develop and conduct workshops and information sessions with Move Champions
- Assist with the development of project plans and the delivery of planning activities
- Ensure project outcomes are implemented and delviered to schedule
Experience and knowledge:
- Minimum 3 years Business Analysis /Project Coordination experience in a corporate business centric role
- Must have Property and Reallocation and People centric project experience
- Knowledge of project management and Change Management processes and methodologies
- Experience in Wealth Management/ Financials Services / Banking an advantage
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple stakeholder groups with conflicting priorities
- Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Experience driving project and business outcomes
- Experience delivering in complex environments and in time critical projects
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
