Key opportunity to work with a large retail organisation
BAs with strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities including:
- Develop business requirements, process improvements and mapping
- Facilitate workshop sessions to gain stakeholders buy-in and enable discussions
- Closely work with internal and external stakeholders to support initiatives delivery
- Understand the difficulties and tracking said concerns through product operational items
Experience required:
- Experience with Merchant Acquiring ecosystem
- Worked with payments project - ideally within the integration space
- Strong stakeholder management skills - engage with stakeholders on technical and non-technical discussions
- End-to-end project delivery
