We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics CRM to work on a complex programme of work. You will assist with the review and enhancement of the existing MS Dynamics Configuration. To be successful in this role, you need to have the following skills and experience.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Ability to analyse and validate data, and developing BRD.
- Experience in developing test plans/scripts
- Intermediate Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills
- Government or local government experience is preferable
- Excellent communicators.
Ideally, you will have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills. You will also have demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships along with the ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal.
