Business Analyst - Mainframe Technologies and Insurance

We are looking to hire a Mainframe Technical BA with Life Insurance domain experience in Sydney for one of our premier clients,. The role is an initial 3-month contract with possible extensions.

  • 5+years of work experience in Insurance domain with Mainframe knowledge
  • 3+ years of Mainframes technical knowledge
  • Ability to evaluate requirements and analyse feasibility and convert them into functional specifications
  • Ability to co-ordinate with business, technical teams for arriving at technically feasible requirements
  • Walk through of the functional specs prepared to the project team
  • Prepare system test plan for the functional requirements and performing execution and verification of the results
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have Life insurance (TPD, Income Protection, Trauma, Death insurance etc) domain knowledge - Expert
  • Must Have knowledge on Annuities - Intermittent
  • Must have knowledge in Whole of Life, Endowment insurance - Intermittent
  • Nice to have Australian Superannuation knowledge - Basic
