Our client, an Australian Iconic Enterprise is seeking a Senior Business Analyst ideally who have worked on other HR Application projects previously including in the Safety & Injury Management spaces.
Skills & Experience
- Strong business and problem analysis skills - analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are.
- Process Modelling - facilitate TO BE process design, including assisting process redesign workshops with business stakeholders
- Elicit process requirements and align with system functionality
- Document processes and associated procedures
- Work with the Change Manager and Business SMEs to educating business teams responsible for managing and operating business processes
