Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a background in stakeholder acceptance to work on two software as a service implementation project. The work is heavily involved with post implementation support and ensuring benefits are realised.
The role:
- Work on Implementing a Student Learning System (LMS) and agent portal to ensure easy student applications
- Play a role in how solution is implemented
- Ensure stakeholder acceptance and benefits realisation
- Ensuring change is achieved and an 80% utilisation rate
- Validating process and business model delivers value and is supported
The candidate:
- Business Analysis or implementation lead experience
- Worked specifically on implementation stage of SAAS project
- Delivered projects focusing on stakeholder engagement, acceptance, after implementation support, or validating business model is adding value
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing
- Business Knowledge in Student Management preferred but not essential
- Client facing experience - eg, agents, student, teachers, staff
- Work on un-customisable COTS packages, where the business must adapt to meet the solution
