Identity Business Analyst
Skills/Experience
Nonnegotiable:
* Working on customer identity & access management projects (can consider those who have worked on staff, but somewhat different challenges)
* Documenting user stories and acceptance criteria for identity experiences - login, MFA, change password,
* Analysing user account data to support migration
* BPMN Notation
* Documenting current and future state identity-related business processes
Preferred:
* Have experience delivering using Agile / Kanban / Scaled agile methodologies
Nice to have:
* Preparing training materials for business teams to communicate how identity experiences (user management, login, change password) will work
*Can do some wireframing UX
