Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Perth CBD team. The role will be working on consolidating Core Business Systems for Human Resources, Financial Management and Electronic Document Records Management Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop As Is and To Be processes and business process maps
- Perform gap analysis between existing and new HR systems
- Facilitate and run design workshops for technical and non-technical teams
- Assess the impact of solution on business process and other system integration
- Create test scripts and plans and document findings
Skills:
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience applying techniques and methodologies to analyse business needs and data
- Well developed workplace communication skills, written and verbal
- Prior experience in the public sector advantageous
