The Role
The ideal candidate will be working on a major core IT uplift project by our NSW government client, which aims to stablise and protect critical platforms within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Correlate technical and functional understandings of Dynamics 365 CRM
- Participate in stakeholder workshops and provide relevant outcomes and future deliverables
- Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to caputre required information for complex data models and map information flows
- Prepare technical requirements for system test plans and work closely with the Test Manager to ensure delivery
Skills and experience
- Experience working with MS Dynamics CRM on-premise solution. (Projecet is not implementing a cloud solution)
- Extensive experience as a Functional Busienss Analyst
- Has worked in an agile environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work autonomouslys
