Our client operates within financial services, they have a very well represented brand. Due to large transformation which includes huge system uplift and process change we seek a Business Analyst. We seek a BA with ideally salesforce experience or CRM system experience.
The requirements of the role revolve around moving legacy systems (process and data) to the new CRM. This includes:
- Requirements gathering
- Writing solid user stories
- Data analysis and mapping
- Workshops
- Process analysis, mapping and re-engineering
- Working with technical stakeholders
- Working with vendors
The successful candidate will have worked in CRM implementation projects, will have worked in complex transformation environments and be able to work independently on a stream of work end to end.
The project has an agile tone (very light agile)- candidates must be strong with Jira and confluence.
