Our client, one of Australia's top 4 banks are seeking a Mid-Level BA for a change/HR project.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the IT and business end-users
  • Work with the business to analyse business requirements and produce documented and approved specifications for any new or change to technology applications and/or business processes
  • Works with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery
  • Outline the requirements to develop the solutions
  • Supports Developers, Analysts and Quality Engineers in understanding the requirements, so they can deliver on their commitment's

  • Translating end user / customer insights into Stories complete with Acceptance Criteria, which can easily be understood by the Squad
  • Perform analysis (scenario, policy, customer, data, gap, change, etc) in order to articulate business need and solution requirements.
  • Produce As Is and To Be Process Models
  • Develop process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting and other required outputs
  • Ensure the Delivery and Development teams understand the value of each user story that is being delivered at the right time
  • Works with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery
  • Assists the Product Owner to define and own the value definition of Stories,
  • Translating end user / customer insights into Features, Epics and Stories complete with Acceptance Criteria, which can easily be understood by the development Team and Traceable
  • Participates in workshops
  • Analyse the impact of proposed solutions holistically in order to produce Business Impact
