Role:
Manage remediation stream for Life Insurance
Good understanding of Insurance regulations and Data Privacy Act in particular
Work on real time customer facing situations and provide consulting to create sustainable solutions
Engage in client facing roles to conduct workshops to derive the desired outcomes
Data Analysis to understand the root-cause of the issues and derive solutions
Drive continuous process improvements
Constant connect with project and business teams for solution validation
Responsibilities:
Design solutions with a focus on the end customer outcome for Life Insurance
Build the solutions using Statistical Analysis and Advanced Analytics tools, Client provided tools and techniques
Data mapping, modeling, extraction, cleansing and processing from multiple data sources to meet information needs of the client's business
Create future state processes and create new ways of working
Data cleansing and establish data business rules for the Life Insurance customers
Partner with Lead Project Manager in developing solution designs and proofs of concept
Minimum qualifications: Graduate in the either of the following disciplines with 5+ years in Banking and/or Insurance Domain:
Insurance Regulations
Data Analytics
Business Analytics
Knowledge and inclination for building career in one or more the following tracks Knowledge and inclination for building career in one or more the following tracks:
Basic Requirements:
Understanding of MS Access
Soft skills- Curiosity, Courage, Integrity, Incisiveness
Problem solving skills, analytical
Ability to facilitate workshops
Should work in teams and be accountable to drive deliverables
Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand and promote process improvements as needed/ supported by team
