About the role
Our client is a large government department based in NSW, and they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive process modelling experience.
Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to undertake process analysis, design and modelling, monitor, analyse and review business processes to identify gaps within the business and enable process improvements.
Ideal candidates are also required to develop supporting materials and provide input on training for operational purposes.
Lastly, the ideal candidate will also be required to plan for deployment initiatives.
Skills and experience
- Experienced as a business analyst with a focus on process modelling and improvement
- Proficient in analysis planning and implementation of processes which are currently being reviewed for deployment
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field
