Junior Business Analyst required for an initial 5 month contract supporting our client's eCommerce team.
Outline of major duties:
Reporting to support the understanding and optimisation of the product
Analysis & Recommendations based on data
Internal collaboration with Category Managers and senior stakeholders to onboard suppliers
Integration testing and quality assurance ensuring a customer driven experience is delivered
Collaborating with Customer Care and suppliers to support the customer experience in the efficient resolution of issue
Identify issues with key processes and ideate potential solutions, consulting with product manager
Collaborate with category marketing managers on campaign roadmap: assets briefing, review, implementation, and optimisation
