Objective of this role is to support the Compliance and IT Service Management Team in the following areas:
Provision of ITIL based processes and procedures to fully support IT Service Level Agreements with the business
Assist with the preparation of reports/analysis for IT internal controls
Assist in the creation and maintenance of IT process flows and activities
Assist with operational problems identified as a result of noncompliance or process failure
Run daily /weekly Quality reports, analyse and undertake remediation as required
Assist with maintenance of key IT operational data to support IT Day to day operations
Provide backup for Change Management duties
Assist with testing of internal IT Tools upgrades / enhancements
Skills required:
Experience in data analysis using Microsoft Excel
Experience in using Microsoft Power BI
Experience creating and maintaining IT process flows and building knowledge-based documents
Experience in business modelling
Strong communication skills and time management skills
Customer focused
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business or Technology or similar
Formal training in ITIL highly regarded
