Our CBD based client is looking to secure an experienced Technical Business Analyst, with experience working in IT Asset Management. An initial 6-month contract, with a view to extension for the right person. This is global project, bringing together previously localised projects, into a united project.
Duties:
-Analyse the existing IT Asset Management requirements, documentation and activities
- Update the Requirements for the Future State if required
- Design and document L4 ITAM processes which meet Rio Tinto documented requirements
- Participate in the ServiceNow toolset design, implementation and testing effort on behalf of the ITAM function
- Participate in the global rollout of the new ITAM function
Skills required:
- Extensive business analysis experience in a global IT environment
· Experience in facilitating organisational change in a technology transformation programme
· Practical experience and knowledge of Asset Lifecycle Management processes and governance
· Knowledge of COBIT and ITIL
· A passion for operational excellence, seeking the best balance between risk, cost and performance of IT Assets over their lifecycle
· Extensive experiencing in analysing and documenting technical business requirements
· Strong written and verbal communications skills including senior level stakeholder management skills
· Experience in developing financial and technical business cases
