This opportunity is with a well reputed company who are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Business Banking or financial services and has worked in agile environments. This is a 3-month contract (with extension possibility) to assist with reviewing and improving the customer experience.
About the role
You will be required to work with process modelling and gap analysis. You will be assisting in the design of new processes, defining roles and procedures for new teams. Working within new teams and functions in people, process and change.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and external parties
- Experience in agile squads and rapidly changing environments
- Business banking or financial services background
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, etc.
