Our client based in Parramatta is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join its IT team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in change management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Gathering business requirements and transform these into innovative and efficient business solutions
- Assisting in creating end-user documentation and training materials
- Provide application training to facilitate effective business change management
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing as well as application support
- Present project and progress status to management
Essential Skills and Experience
- 3 years' minimum experience as a Business Analyst
- High level stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent Communication Skills
