Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Business Analyst for a long term contract with extension options in Canberra.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing high level business requirements, process guides and user stories
- Documenting technology workflow of Intelledox Forms into Dymanics CRM and its alignment
- Identifying areas for process & form improvement and providing feedback to Stakeholders
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst in Developing and Delivering digital transformation strategies
- In-depth experience in enterprise forms solutions and its integration into business processes
- Extensive experience in software development & programming to understand technical tasks
- Experience in form analysis, Azure DevOps, Intelledox and Dynamics CRM.
Due to nature of this requirements, candidates must be Australian Citizens with active AGSVA clearance
