As Agile Business Analyst you will be working across a range of Digital Projects within this market leading business. You will gain exposure to some of the most cutting edge technologies in a highly dynamic working environment.
You must have experience of working as an Agile Business Analyst on Digital Projects. You must demonstrate experience of working with diverse stakeholders
Examples of projects include but are not limited to:
- Website enhancement / development / Promotions / Loyalty Programs
- Applications / Mobile Applications
- Media content streaming over internet
- Credit enhancement
- Projects to enhance customer experience / allow them to view usage and update details online
- Portal / Intranet development / enhancement
- Booking systems
The duties of the role include:
- Create unambiguous requirements in form of stories and features for developer and testers ensuring business value is delivered
- Work with key stakeholders to identify and define achievable objectives for business needs
- Analysis of existing business environment to identify opportunities
- Compile and present relevant material for project
- Liaising with stakeholders throughout different business units, and managing expectations
- Working with other Business Architects, Project Managers, Developers, Testers and the Business to name a few
The successful candidate will have
- 5 years Business Analyst experience in a large enterprise
- Experience in a similar position within a digital project
- Experience working within an Agile environment
- Proven track record in the definition of business cases, capability gap analysis and solution concepts
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels across the business
- Understanding of digital and customer experience design concepts, including user experience design disciplines
