Out client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their enterprise program delivery team. The team is responsible for driving business transformation project across the organisation.
The role:
- Gather requirements for key business projects
- To work closely with business teams on all project initiatives, ensuring the effective delivery of project outcomes and benefits that align with business objectives.
- Assist and where necessary, lead in the application of quality methods to ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements.
- To develop solutions which enable change to existing business practices and assist in the implementation of improved practices.
- To assist users to identify opportunities to make the most efficient and effective use of business systems.
- Assist with the application of change management methods to support solution delivery.
- Projects can include: Opening new universities overseas, reviewing admissions process, employee lifecycle and experience, international student recruitment, HR or Learning management system implementation
The candidate:
- Experience in Business Analysis
- Experienced in both technology and business project delivery
- Example of projects. Eg, Refining admissions process, HR system implementation, curriculum design, recruitment or employee lifecycle experience, capability uplift or digital transformation
- Basic understanding of human thinking, customer experience or process design would be beneficial
- Strong communications, stakeholder management and financial management experience
